Thinking about upgrade, what will it cost me ?

current setup(build year 2020)
-GPU ZotacGTX 1660ti
-CPU Ryzen R5 3600x
-RAM 16gb ddr4
-MOBO MSI B450 tomahawk
-PSU Adata XPG Pylon 550W 80 Plus Bronze(bought it in 2022)

GOAL : I am want to upgrade it enough to run modern games with RTX support in 1080p, for now also most of AAA games runs low/mid in 60 fps but no rtx support is there.
Also how much i can expect when sell this setup or the part which i will replace?

I dont have any budget for now as i dont know what are the minimum amount needed for an upgrade ,also dont know will i need to upgrade everything or just GPU is fine.
