Do I need to flash this file only? What about the files from the other zips?

Got some download links from a very very old thread, lost link of it now. The downloading speed was very slow too but I have managed to download these, pfa. Don't know whether it's right or not. Can you please tell the step by step procedure as in how to atleast try to flash this rom?
