ooh
Thanks , forgot that..

1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans: MS Office applications , Tally , movies and music (Not that mach).

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: as less as it can be

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: no

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: Windows 7 64bit

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: 500 GB

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: yes want to buy a 17" square monitor (4:3. Not wide screen) . What about DELL TFT 17-inch E170S

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: Have to buy every thing

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: Within a week

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: No , it will be my first time to assemble a brand new pc

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: I am living in Indore (M.P.) , I will compare local prices and Flipkart prices.

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Want to buy wireless keyboard and mouse .
And the smallest cabinet available with vertical DVD drive bay to keep the cabinet horizontal on office table.
Dont know anything about TIM manufacturing Companies .

why a square monitor?
and wireless keyboard/mouse will rise the budget even more.

TIM will be available with processor.

Here's my suggestion:

ComponentNameType
ProcessorAMD A4 34003339
MotherboardGigabyte GA A553172
RamCorsair DDR3 4 GB (1 x 4 GB) PC RAM (CMV4GX3M1A1333C9)1045
Hard DriveWD Caviar Blue 500 GB 3521
PSUCorsair VS4502428

Keyboard/MouseLogitech MK220 Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo1225
Optical DriveAsus DRW-24B5ST1146

Overshot your budget coz its impossible to build a 15k decent performing rig with all components. Added a good psu coz an office system runs 24/7 (idle) or simply put most of the time. A good psu delivers clean and efficient power throughout ensuring longevity of components even though its an overkill. If you want, you can strike that off and go for a local psu.

I've given an AMD llano based config coz of its overall multimedia performance under win 7. Its fit for all basic tasks you can throw at it. Alternatively you can look for the following intel setup in the same overall budget:

ComponentNamePrice
ProcessorIntel G620 1155 CPU3498
MotherboardGIGABYTE MOTHERBOARD GAH61M D2H3276

You have to hunt down your choice of cabinet locally.
Square monitors (4:3) aren't available these days at all. The one i've given is an led monitor and should be more than decent for an office system.
I've provided links for all components listed so that you can order online straightaway.

Give us your feedback on the config mate. :)

Thank you both
Hey I never knew that TIM will be available with Processor. thanks

BTW
Batman's rig is looking good ...
It will be my first experience with AMD processor (hey your prescribed site of MoBO is telling "Availability : Pre-Order" , so is it Launched or not ? ) What about this Mobo MSI A55M P35
But there is no need of UPS so I am cutting it out .
And replacing given KeyB/Mouse with Zebronics Companion
I need to think more about monitor and cabinet.
are those type of cabinets really available of which I am talking about ??
You can suggest me some normal cabinets (but small) too ...

^^ You're welcome mate. :)

Ummm sorry about the keyboard choice. I was looking for something cheap so ended up suggesting you with one having a ball mouse!!!!

I think instead of that zebronics, you should pay a little more for a decent wireless keyboard from a good brand like logitech. Its good in the long run plus has the aesthetics suitable for an office use.

I will update this in the rig above.

I guess i found the cabinet of your choice.

About the motherboard, i think you should give md a call and ask them about it. They will lead you through it.
