I have a Compaq Presario C505tu laptop.It doesnot have a PCMCIA card. I earlier had an IBM ThinkPAD T42.That time i had bought a TATA Indiccom V Data PCMCIA card.Now the prob is i cannot connect my laptop as it doesnt hav a PCMCIA slot.



Does any1 know if any External PCMCIA port/USB to PCMCIA adapter for lappys r available in lamington road??? can some1 point me to a specific place and/or gimme a approx pricing???

I have heard that such adapaters are available but don't know where they are available. Why don't you buy a USB modem which would be compatible with desktops as well. TATA is giving it for Rs. 2850 in Delhi. And the plans are same as that on DATA card
