If tab does not have sim, it won't have gps either, because You need internet connection to use gps and wifi is stationary. Having it will defeat purpose of tab. Try to look for ipad(cellular model) instead imo.

Realme pad should suffice.

You don't gain much by spending on Samsung Tab S6 lite.

But at 31k, iPad 2021 is an excellent tablet with a great screen & processor. Has some iPadOS restrictions but iPad OS is not as restrictive as iOS.

No. Ipad is not designed for calls, so jio Devs also did not develop app for ipad. You can install iPhone app on ipad, but calling won't work

As of now using the Realme Pad Tablet(4G-LTE version) for a couple of months, I find that it suffices all the requirements and needs of @OP.
Ultimately choice and budget are the determining factors.
