Tablet Buying advice budget around 15k

I need to buy a 7 or 7+ inch tab. I was looking at some options nd was confused

1. Would it be a good choice considering the fact that the device was launched a long back, or should I wait. I want to wait only if any new devices are expected to be out sooner (from samsung or similar reliable manufacturers )

2. Google Nexus 7 cellular.. Is it available in India?
Where can I get one?

3. Zync Quad 9.7,, the specs look amazing. Do we have any hands on on this device? Are zync products reliable???

Any other options for me? Budget around 15k

i would suggest you to go with Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 as it's a good tablet with 3g features along with calling capabilities and i do own one.

i never had any problem with tablet.

Do we have any other options... I do love Nexus 7 but a lack of 3G and HDMI are two factors that make this otherwise AWESOME tab out of the list..

Samsung Tab 2 p3100 does fullfill the req list but I am skeptical if the hardware would be a good option considering the fact that it has been more than an year since the tab was launched. Is the hardware still not obsolete, and more specifically, can it play games like dead trigger, nova, fifa.. or am I expecting too much?????

Apple ipad mini 16GGB Cellular is for Rs. 30k. Damn!
Galaxy Tab 2 is a good one. I used it for a couple of days. Though i got bored of it. It's only a bigger version of my galaxy y smartphone.
