You can use either Norton Ghost or Acronis True Image. I will tell you about Acronis True Image because I have been using this feature for the last one year and it has saved me from many crashes. After installing Acronis True Image(ATI), make one boot disk from the menu available. You should make this disk. Otherwise there is no point in making an image. After that using another menu backup your drive/(s). Generally I backup my system drive, ie C; Accept all the default options. you may either save it on another drive or copy it to a DVD/CD. Generally it compresses to about 60% of the original size. When the system crashes, you should boot from the boot disk prepared earlier and it will give you various options like restore, backup etc. Choose restore and give the path of the backup file. That's all. It will take about half an hour to backup and about 10-15 minutes for restore.

For a cybercafe, this is an ideal system whereby you save money for calling engineers and also time. You may also consider installing Deep Freeze, which prevent abuse, misuse, and other forms of hacks. After installing, just restart and every change would have vanished.
