CPU - Intel i5 10400 - 15.5k

Mobo - MSI B460M Pro VDH WiFi - 10.1k

RAM - 1x16GB DDR4 3000MHz - 5k (Add more down the line)

GPU - Zotac GTX 1660 Super - 20.5k (Not sure if you need a powerful GPU)

M.2 SSD - Kingston A2000/WD SN550 1TB - 8.5k (on amazon sale, normal price 10k)

HDD - Use old one

PSU - Corsair CX550 - 4.5k

Cabinet -MSI MAG Forge 100M or other mid tower ATX - 4.7k **

Total - 68.8k

Monitor - BenQ GW2480 - 9.4k (Good budget 24" 1080p IPS monitor)
Your current monitor is TN, so not great for colour accurate work. Can buy later if you want.

With that CPU & mobo, RAM will run at 2666MHz because of Intel's restrictions.

AMD CPUs are overpriced right now for R3 & R5, if you can find them for decent prices, get these:
CPU - AMD R5 3600 - 17-18k
Mobo - Gigabyte B550 DS3H - 9.5k
or MSI B550M Pro VDH WiFi - Under 13k

Since OP has the budget, isn't it better to go for R5 3600 with overall better system performance than i510400?

As the op appears more interested in running productivity apps, perhaps he should go for a ryzen 2700 or similar cpu.

R5 3600 is seriously overpriced (20-22k) or out of stock. Even 17-18k I mentioned are high prices considering it was as low as 15k.

Yeah, OP can go for R5 3600, if OP can find one in stock. Or buy R5 3600XT for 22k maybe. Ryzen 5 3600 performs a bit better than i5 10400 for sure.

Yes, R7 2700X is a good choice as well, if OP can find it at a decent price (16-18k).

2700X performs a bit better than R5 3600 in productivity tasks but 3600 is better for gaming.

At this point of time, it is better to opt for Ryzen 2nd gen or 3rd gen and should not get older 2xxx series at since the price difference isn't much between all these mid range CPUs.
