This is for a friend who is looking for a 24" inch monitor for gaming(primarily CSGO) and wants a high refresh rate & low response times in range of 144HZ & 1ms respectively.
1. Budget?
15,000(Can be increased to 16K max)
2. Display type and size?
24" inch. Doesn't matter whether TN or IPS. LCD or LED.
3. What will the TV/monitor be used for primarily?
Gaming. Mostly CSGO.
4. Types and number of ports required?
DVI, HDMI. (Display Port will be icing on the cake)
5. Preferred choice of brand?
Asus/Dell(Feel free to suggest other brands)
6. Any TV/monitor in consideration?
Nothing in mind. Had a look at the Acer GN246HL but it only supports 144HZ via DVI.
7. Any other info that you want to share.
My friend is specifically looking for a 144HZ & 1 ms specs. However, he is willing to settle for 144HZ & 5ms or so if there isn't any monitor under the budget of 15K. He is willing to trade off for colour accuracy in favor of a low response time & a fast refresh rate.
Will be making the purchase from lamington road tomorrow.
