Suggestion for printer

Friend wants to buy a printer for 5-6k budget...requirement is cheap re usage stuff(in terms of cheap refill)

I m tilted towards hp for him as 2 of my friend got good after sale support

so any suggestion with model number

i like the print if Canon Pixma... they give 100% phographic output... and i get compatible cartriges for 200rs for both colro and black
