Suggestion for a Home Entertainment System

Guys! this is a little offbeat from what our TDF members usually post.
I am looking to build a home entertainment PC.
I need some suggestions for the hardware.

Here is what I have in my mind.
CPU: AMD A4-5300 3.4Ghz Rs 3300
Motherboard: ASRock FM2A88X-ITX+ Rs 14600
RAM: Corsair XMS3 4GB DDR3-1600 Rs 4300
Hard Drive: Western Digital WD Green 2TB Rs 5400
Case: MI-008 Mini-ITX Rs 7900 and additional 80mm Case Fan Rs 500 (or basically any media center specific design/HTPC)
Blu-Ray Drive: LG Blu-Ray and DVD Drive Rs 7800

Total ~38k

Please suggest any alternatives in the market and its price.

Since you can get stuff from US. Why don't you get one of these : Mini Barebone Systems, Booksize Barebone Systems - Newegg.com ?

Thanks. I was seriously considering the Intel NUC. But its not very versatile and upgradable as a custom HTPC. The barebone systems are nothing but laptop hardware without the display and keyboard.
