Suggest Tv Tuner

I need TV Tuner Card for recording activities in my shop to my Desktop via in wall camera which has SVIDEO output(as i will be recording so should i go for interna or external) so plz suggest me a cheap TV Tuner Card for desktop ...FOr SVIDEO is it better to go for internal??Ive been to this thread ?*www.thinkdigit.com/forum/showthread.php?t=115328 but it cudnt answer my questions so had to post this one...Also please mention Company, Model Number AND Cost....i wanted to go for PINNACLE but since my budget is upto 2k so i cant get it rite???....Thnx in advance.

go for internal ones as they cost lesser than external ones.
