i m currently running vista ultimate..
want to install a PCMCIA tv tuner card..
Confused regarding various brands..
Plz suggest me a good brand which is full-featured and is the best..
i m ready to shed 2000-3000 bucks and may be more if its worth it..
Have done little research about avermedia and techcom..
No idea about other brands.
