i have the following config:
athlon 2 x4 620 2.6 GHz
4 GB DDR3
GTS 250 512MB
i presently have a 17 inch CRT monitor.
i m thinking of buying a good 22-inch monitor for gaming.
i have a few queries:
1) do u think my system will not be able to handle games at resolution of 1680x1050 with most of the settings maxed..i find most pc games now are console ports so i thought maybe my config will be enough for playing future games like CoD:black ops,AC:Brotherhood,NFS:Hot pursuit etc at this settings.
2)I read somewhere that at higher resolutions like 1680x1050 AA is hardly needed..is it true..
3)will there be a big difference in performance when comparing my 512 mb gfx card with a 1gb model of same card.
please clarify my doubts and suggest me good 22 inch monitors..if needed i might upgrade my gfx card after a few months..
