suggest economical graphic card for video editing.

I need to put together a system intended for video editing and producing DVD quality videos. For this purpose, I need advice regarding:

Purchase of a suitable graphics card. Adobe Premiere insists on an NVIDIA Quadro FX 5500/5600 which is way beyond my budget. Please suggest a suitable and economical alternative below Rs. 10,000. Also, I hear that AMD/ATI has released an All-in-Wonder HD card. Where could I purchase this card in India, and what is the rate in INR?

why not check out other FX version there are some low end available at 8 k or so ??
