or lg l3 Should be available @around 6k locally - better battery life + slightly better camera + bigger but pixelated screen and last but not the least - official cyanogen mod support !

oh and i forgot sgy is armv6 whereas l3 is armv7 + adreno 200 enhanced so atleast you could run games like temple run smoothly on l3 but dont expect any serious gaming potentials !

If you're into installing custom roms, and can live with the low internal memory, check out the Htc Explorer. It's got ICS, JB, heck even Firefox OS roms... And you can look for the Huawei X5 as well, I think it's around 7k (not the X5 pro, mind).
