Suggest a Phone Within 15k

Im totally confused in buying a new smartphone in budget of 15k.... Is sony Xperia (Miro,U,J)a good phone to buy? or suggestions for any other phone?

Xperia U sounds good.
Or get Micromaxx A11 Canvas or something, ASS is the worst, but the phone is surprisingly good, terrific VFM.
I wouldn't recommend Lumia myself, windows might bridge the apps gap later, but I'd still go for Android.
