Suggest a PC config for office use

Hi,
I need to buy a PC for my brother who is starting an consultancy. Please suggest a PC config (Including a AIO (printer cum scanner)) for his need.

Typical applications are browsing, MS office software, data retrieval and rarely playing of videos.

Though the applications are limited, latest config PC would be good as technology is becoming obsolete very soon.

Thanks in advance.

Can you fill the below questionnaire so i can suggest you a good config!
1. What is your MAX budget?
2. Are you open to alternate ideas/products giving similar better performance but offering more VFM/ sellers? If not- why?
3. What is the purpose of the computer? (Note: If you are planning to say multimedia, you will have to be more specific as all types of systems are capable of doing that)
4. Planning to overclock?
5. Which OS are you planning to use?
6. How much hard drive space is needed?
7. What resolution will the screen run at?
8. How would you rate your hardware knowledge from the count of 1-10? (1 being the lowest, 5 being you are somewhat in sync with the current performers and 10 being the highest)
9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
10. When are you planning to buy the system?
11. Are you one of the types looking out for "future proof" configurations?
12. Are there going to be any components that you don't want to include in this new rig? If yes, do mention.
13. Which city do you live in and are you open to buying from shops from other city/states?
14. Mention any other points if deemed necessary

Kingston RAM comes for min 5.5k as far as i know. 5k is the price of Zion and A-DATA RAM.
He didn't mention anything about speakers and UPS so i didn't mention them.
The printer i'm using HP F2418 available for about 3.5k. The printing speed is decent but the ink is pretty costly.
BTW i found a great PC for OP here but SMC is based in Delhi. You can ask them about the warranty if you like it.

^^ if you read 4th post carefully op has mentioned that he only doesn't need graphics card. BTW ups is must in a office considering powercuts, it will give time to save office work.

that price of kingston ram is mentioned in digit issue. so maybe its available at some places for that price...

do check the psu in that rig. i suppose it must be cm extreme power which is not recommended by other forum members....

extreme power psus have low efficiency of 70% while fsp saga II 400w has 80% efficiency
