Check out the Intel Atom processor based netbooks from Sony, Samsung and Asus, they look very cool. You will get the ones from Samsung and Asus at around 13-14k and the ones from Sony are at around 15-20k.

Don't buy a cheaper netbook just for the price. Based on my experience, I would suggest that be sure that your netbook has an Intel processor.

Yup. APUs are a LOT better than Atom processors..
