Suggest a low cost VPS provider with Good quality and support ?

We need a VPS provider for a Billing and Shop management backend

I run Nodejs with MySql on it

please suggest one

It must have good quality of service and customer support

My budget is Rs.800 for 4 GB with 60GB storage and 2 TB transfer

₹ 800 is close to $ 11. I don't know any reliable provider who will give you 4GB RAM for that price. Let alone a good processor and support. But don't take my word, someone might know.

Scaleway gives you cheap options but forget about customer support(you will have to pay extra for even most basic support). May be you can try them for 1 month to see how it goes & not put anything on server which you can't afford to lose.
