NO! You can find a 1050/Ti laptop in your budget if you get lucky. MX150 is bare minimum.

To get cashback i had to pay 63.2k .That Doesn't work for me. :)

I'll stick with 50k max. I'll be happy if MX150 comes in my budget and plays Dota 2 without any stutter/lag...

That has a TN 768p panel for 46k
There are laptops with 1080p TN panel at around 30k.

Even 10k phones have 1080p screen. Compromising on anything except windows and maybe SSD for a 50k laptop is stupidity.

It's the loss of OP if he can't get a better laptop at 50-55k.

But under 50k in India, that's the best choice for him.

It's good enough for you.

But I highly recommend that you wait for the big sales as you might be able to get a GTX 1050 laptop under 55k, maybe even at 50k (it has happened earlier during sales). Flipkart has its Big Billion days from Oct 10.

Saving money for that is totally worth it. It is much better than the Lenovo laptop like CPU is much better & GPU(GTX 1050) is twice as powerful as an MX150. Also, it is futureproof, which the MX150 isn't. DOTA 2 got a graphical upgrade in 2014 if I remember correctly. If it gets another bump in 2019 or 2020, MX150 will definitely struggle. Not to forget the 1080p display which is a treat to use for everything & a M.2 SSD slot. SSDs might be the only upgrade which results in a big noticeable difference right now in computers when switching from a HDD (provided your OS & programs are running from SSD).

In case you don't know, the paytm cashback can be transferred to your bank account for a small fee (at least that was the case when I bought my laptop & transferred 10k back to my account, just read their terms & conditions once again just to be sure).
