Go for dell Inspiron 15R, i purchased it 6 days back for 43,200 from dell store along with Bagpack(targus). Its price on Dell site is 40,900 + 900 delivery charges....that will be under your budget. Hope that will help you somewhat.

Agree with the both of them.Also for your Q regarding the gpu the 550v is more powerfull.Go for dell.Nd dont purchase Mcafee.
