Suggest a good entry level graphics card...

Hi, my friend wanted to buy a low end pci-e card not more than Rs 4000, cheaper would be better (hes cash strapped right now).He is not a hardcore gamer but he plays all the GTA series and NFS carbon, Far cry (mostly older games).Suggest a good decent card which can play all the above at atleast 1024 with all settings high.Is there something so cheap capable of this task ?

Also, it should be something that would be capable of playin GTA 4 if/when it is released...

You can get the 8500GT.
But if he would like to play upcoming games at low/medium settings then 8600GT will be a good buy
