You can create your own subtitles using VisualSubSync or SubtitleEdit. I regularly use this to create subtitles from movies its pretty easy. Here is the tutorial: Making a transcript of your favourite TV series [VisualSubSync]

Good software but the main issue is someone not able to understand the audio due to accent/speed/lingo etc because if somebody can understand the audio 100% then that person doesn't need the subtitles in the first place.This is mainly for those who want to help others/community by creating sub files of a language they perfectly understand.
