storage arrangements for after effects and Premiere pro

1. 500gig SSD
2. 250gig SSD
3. 1tb HDD
4. 500gig HDD
suggest how to use them for following purposes ( After effects & Premiere Pro )
1. OS & Applications
2. Media & Disk Cache
3. Project & Media files
4. Final Output (rendered files)
Should I buy another SSD of any particular storage capacity?
 
Mention type of SSD as well, but in a way using 250GB SSD (NVMe or SATA) for OS will be good enough. Use 500GB SSD for active working files/projects & HDDs for other storage.

don't have nvme only SATA SSD,
May I store
1. Project files & Media files on separate partitions of 500gig SSD?
2. A Separate 240 gig SSD for Cache Memory?
3.
OS & Softwares on 500gig SSD / HDD?
4.
Rendered files and other documents & downloads on Separate SSD / HDD?
is there any chance of slow processing and rendering speed due read & write conflict from any of the options I mentioned?

these two are in 500gig one,
and
3. Project & Media files
is in 250 one

and store all your final output in those two HDDs.

You may upgrade 500gig one to 1TB in case you have more apps.

OS will boot faster on ssd, SSDs are good for caching due to higher responsiveness and the project files will load faster on a seperate ssd.

Media cache and OS will be good on one as os has major data flow during boot only, after boot it decreases, so cache will get adequate speed.

store project and media file on seperate ssd than os as this allows them to load faster, and not disturb data stream of OS and Cache.

final output can be stored on hdd As it is not to be read again and again and will be good for storing large files.

By the Way is applying thermal paste for CPU makes any performance difference? I didn't apply it when installing CPU and Cooler

Don't Say that I already burnt a motherboard Northbridge, this is a new one! which thermal paste is good?
I use Noctua NT-H1 in my laptop. Arctic MX-4 and MasterGel Maker Nano are also good value alternatives. Kryonaut has better conductivity than these three and so, is expensive.

Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut Thermal Grease Paste - 1.0 Gram​

is 1.0 gram enough? How much is ideal for applying? How many times could I apply on PC cpu?

I only apply a very small pea size drop of it.

Today I applied Kryonaut, It works like magic! min cpu temp dropped down to 23 degree Celsius from 55, max temp dropped from 84 to 42 degree!!! Thank you for recommending the product, during running Cinebench R23 max temp never goes beyond 50!
