Right off the assembly line
Hi Guys,
Thanx for all the help u have been giving me regarding my woes in the past.
I have a very urgent query to make to u. this is regarding the startup of my computer.
The problem is as follows:
When I press the power switch of the chassis, both the red n green lights on the front panel light up, the fan also spins up, but these go off as soon as they had started.
if by some luck i manage to startup my computer, it hangs up very soon.
My cmos battery is also discharged and no longer keeps my time constant.
once i boot, my computer freezes.
i was also getting some high pitched whining sound from the processor area.
plz advise me about this problem. i need to get my comp started up urgently
