spooler service error

Hi all
I have 60 ibm pcs , and all are in domain .just few days ago i have installed a network printer and wanted to connect all the pcs through it. The ip address i gave to printer it is pinged by all pcs but the cause is when i go to add printe it show an error
"OPERATION COULDNOT BE COMPLETED , THE PRINT SPOOLER SERVICE IS NOT RUNNING.

Even i connect the a local printer it also shows same error

nbnly experience people can answer it.

Type services.msc in run menu and press enter,u will the get a window with all the services listed in it,look for the service ""Print Spooler"" and double click on it, and chk if it is disabled if yes change it to automatic.you can also start print spooler service by clicking the "start" button in its properties page.

i have done the same thing earlier but afer a few minuters it becomes disappear.
no printer in printer faxes.
