Sound bar Under 7-8K

I just placed order for MI TV 4A Horizon 40 Inch TV. Now I am searching for a good sound bar with a subwoofer under 7-8K. It would be great if the sound bar comes with HDMI-ARC. Maximum length of the sound bar should be less than 90cm. Above all the Brand should have good after sell service.
