Sony KD-55X9000E display problem

Dear Team,


On my Sony KD-55X9000E Led tv given green-and-white horizontal pattern line. Can anyone suggest how to resolve this. Already hard reset the tv, many time off on but no result.

I don't know what is a Hard reset, but if it is something different from clearing static residual charge from the board, then try to long press the power button on TV for 40 - 50 seconds while it's disconnected from mains. Just to check again after removing residual charge.
Do these green patches overlap the picture or this is what you only get on TV after powering on?

i did it as you mention but same as before. & when ever tv power on these green white patches are coming. I cant see anything. But sound coming properly.

no display is coming except this. Not even Google logo when booting in first display.

Sony Eng came told motherboard faulty. But motherboard not available at sony. So call closed.

Can anyone tell me how to get motherboard.

Ok..so it seems HW fault. Most likely mobo.
Is it under warranty? If not try to go to local repair shops if any, they might have grey market stuff for matching parts.
That's what I did with my Philips TV. I had 24" FHD where the film on LCD screen failed..a local technician got it replaced.
Unofficially, check with the same technician who closed the call if they have local contacts.
