Interested to know if the Turbo Charger feature work as advertised?

Does Moto X Play support OTG?

Any Samsung phones that I can look for?

Turbo charger works as advertised but if you use turbo charger for charging, the phone will heat up a bit (So don't use your phone while charging)

I think even Redmi Note 3 32GB should sufficient for your needs

If 16GB storage isn't a problem, you can have a look at Nexus 5X. It has one of the best cameras of 2015

You can check this one too, LG G4, no warranty though (It seems to be the same as Indian G4)

There are no good Samsung phones at your budget. S5 isn't good enough for 20k now

You can buy J7 2016 if you want a Samsung device but still Redmi Note 3 32GB is better at a lower price

I would say get One plus X or Redmi note 3 sadly both of them don't have service center in mangalore. These phones are lot better than Samsung.

I would advice against moto X play nothing special on that phone and is overpriced.

There aren't any reviews of J7 but RN3 display has more pixels, so that will make a bit of difference

Camera.... Both have decent cameras, but a detailed review of J7 is needed to see which one is superior

Last year's J7 had a decent display n camera. So this year's J7's will be better. If want a good after sales, get Samsung J7

IMO Redmi note 3 will be better in camera quality. Additionally it has finger print and J7 doesn't.

You can go for the following devices:

HTC One E9s
HTC Desire 828
Sony Xperia C4 Dual
Sony Xperia M4 Aqua

These phone models are both well known for music quality as well as camera (C4 has front camera flash, both HTCs come with UltraPixel front cameras).

I really wouldn't recommend anything else considering your requirements. All four of the above models come with NFC, which is not often found in this price range. If gaming is a priority for you, I would recommend going for the M4 or the One E9s instead of the other two options.

As far as I know, both HTC and Sony have service centers in Mangalore. Samsung's Galaxy J7 (2016) has too few sensors for a device that sells at that price.

Other than that, you can consider Lenovo Zuk Z1 (Its a better option than J7)

This looks like a steal, one of the best cameras, dual sim on a flagship phone, only phone with manual camera controls. The only down is the battery my barely lasts 4-5hours, but got it replaced and now it is 10-12 hours of usage. Great value for money.
