I need to buy smartphone for my li'l sis.
It will her first one.Here is the questionairre.

1. Budget? : 20K-25k

2. Display type and size? 5"-5.5"

3. Dual sim? Not necessary

4. Preferred choice of brand? HTC, SONY , SAMSUNG, etc

5. What camera option you want (flash, front facing camera)? IT should have Awesome Camera with superb Picture quality.She will get into a design school and I need the phone to carry out all functions.

6. Preferred operating system? (Android, iOS, Windows Phone, etc). ANDROID

7. Preferred connectivity options (3G, 4G ready). 4G is a must

8. Primary use of handset (multimedia, camera, internet, gaming etc)? MULTIMEDIA , CAMERA , Good Screen

9. Any specific mobile phones in consideration?

Vibe X3 ( but the bootloader is locked so no custom ROM's and camera despite being a IMX230 sensor is very poor)

Ok... I watched the video and yeah memory management is **** compared to s7.... But let's be realistic here.... Will ur lil sister be using her mobile so heavily?

It's has everything ur sister needs.
Great camera with optical stabilization.
Great build.
Great screen.
Good performance. (For the price)

The only con i see is the absence of expansion slot.

Guys I need to decide.

I don't know but girls seem to be peculiar about looks.

1.She liked Vibe X3 but there's Custom ROM's available.
2.Sony Z5 c despite being stellar performer is disliked by her.
3.A best fit seems to me is Nexus 5x
•A good camera
•Vanilla android
•Service center in the vicinity
•Considering 20k price tag for 16 GB (Reluctant to buy 32 GB for 8k extra)

You should wait importing phone is risky and most company will not provide warranty on imported products.

Buying an imported phone is a risk but if you planning to go for it make sure the model you are buying is exactly the same one that is available in India, so that there won't be an issue repairing it

Example: Sony Z3c has D5833 & some other sub model. D5833 is the one available in India. So I bought it.

I personally don't think price of S6 will drop to 25k so soon. It will drop to that maybe by May - June.

Also 16GB storage without SD card won't be sufficient for today's standards. In my phone I use the internal storage for only the apps, nothing else, still only 3GB is free out of 12GB (Data for games is in SD card)
