S7. It was selling for 26k in the sales like 2 days ago.

S7 is indeed a great choice for 25k or so. In case you missed the sale, HTC 10 Lifestyle is a good choice for 20k too, especially for its great build quality. Its S652 is a good choice considering many phones at that price point try to sell S630/625. It also has OIS for its front camera and you seem a bit interested in the front camera. Its battery life isn't great though. You can get LG G5 for its S820 & removable battery, but its front camera is inferior to HTC. All 3 of them have 5MP front camera.

You can have a look at Honor 8 too. It's Kirin 950 performs similar to S820 in terms of CPU but S820 & Exynos of S7 have better GPU. It has an 8MP front camera.

Op 3T isn't available anymore apparently unless you are planning to buy a refurbished one. Its front camera is 16MP.
