I had the same criteria, bought the LG Optimus G Pro for 27k, immensely happy with it for the past couple of months
You could also consider the Note 2.
The only 5.5 inch+ Windows phone is the Lumia 1320- doesnt have the hardware you want. That is only available in the 41k Lumia 1520

Xperia ZR has good battery life but as you want a phablet Note 2 may be better for you

Can you define "upto the mark" here when i already said it gives 15+ hrs (close to 18 hrs on an average)??

N5, as it has OIS.

It varies person 2 person............. I get 24 hrs on average from my N4

Screen on time matters, which is not at par with competition at that price point for N5.....
N5 is surely a great performer for the price, but not a multimedia device, which most of the people prefer

I personally would get ZR instead of N5...or S4 is even better for me(i dont like phablets)

As OP has no problem with phablets, G Pro is a great choice
