Searched a lot but when the specs are good the screen size is 15.6". Need good specs in small size.

Get any Acer Laptop having i3, 4GB RAM model online or offline. It will cost 27-28k in Delhi.
Many friends are happy with it from last 8-9Years.

You can find lots of 14" Notebooks for around 25k easily.
Getting a 11.6" Laptop is tough. There are some Asus 4th gen. core i3 laptops, see if you can manage to find them offline. These are no longer available online.

Lenovo yoga is series is there, but then you miss out on processor as it comes with Pentium Quadcore instead of i3.
