I have an old Sony Alpha 200 DSLR that I haven't used in a long time and am considering using it again on an upcoming trip. I'm going to borrow a Sigma 70-300mm F/4-5.6 APO DG Macro lens from a friend. He asked me what mount I had on my DLSR and got me confused. I could not find the type of mount on the Sony DLSR. So can I use the lens as-is on my camera?
