Should i wait for AMD 9000 Series?

Should i wait for AMD GPU 9000 or buy a 7950 now ??

i can do without a gpu for a few months but not for very long !!

be prepared for high prices, id say go for the upper bracket but previous gen card of what you aim for in HD 9xxx series.. for ex, if u are planning to buy HD 9770, then get HD 7850 instead (after launch , prices will be lowered)

9000 series will need time to prove themselves and "settle in" I suggest u take a good gpu now if u really need it or else wait for price to drop performance difference between series isn't always better

Take the 7730m and 8730m the 7730m smokes the 8730m despite 8730m having slightly higher clock speed etc

IMO, Better to get Current card as Prices of Next gen. Cards will be higher initially.

i was aiming for 7950 and overclock it to 7970 (allmost)

so in 9000 series i want to buy 9950 and overclock it to 9970

Prices how High ??
