Should I upgrade from Phenom II/ HD 6850?

I have the following configuration on my PC, circa April 2011:

Phenom II x 4 + Gigabyte GA 88 GMA UD 2H
Seagate HDD 500GB SATA
DDR-3 Corsair x 2
HD 6850

It's in pretty good condition still. Never played too many games but would like to play more going ahead, just for entertainment. Otherwise, use it mainly for work.

Question I have is, whether I should upgrade now? If yes to what, within a reasonable budget?

Any suggestions will be appreciated :).
