Should I buy an used iPhone 5S?

I have been a Windows Phone user for years. I have waiting for a worthy budget Windows Phone from Microsoft to upgrade. But I don't feel like buying Lumia 550. Lumia 650 is overpriced. Lumia 950 and 950 XL are out of my budget. I don't want to spend more than 12k INR on a phone and there is no signs of any new Windows Phone devices from Microsoft in the near future.

I'm planning to get an iPhone 5S and I wonder if it is worth to buy an used iPhone 5S now.

If yes, How much should I spend on a 16GB/32GB/64GB one with no warranty or accessories? How much if it has all the accessories but no warranty?

My intended use: Emails, IMs (WhatsApp, Skype & Hangouts), Social Networking (Reddit, Twitter, Instagram & LinkedIn), RSS Reader, Youtube, PDF & Word document readers.
I play games like 2048 sometimes. However, I don't play graphic intensive games on a mobile.

P.S. I am not interested in Android smartphones and there is no budget Windows Phone that is worth considering at the moment. A new iPhone 4/4S (which I am not interested in) or an used iPhone 5S seems to be the only choices left for me right now. That's why I didn't use the mobile buying template.

Sadly, a new 64GB one costs 22k INR with seller warranty. I could only find deals on 16 GB ones with no warranty or accessories that too for a whooping 13k INR (When a new one itself is 16k INR). I'm trying get a 32GB with all accessories around 10k mark.

I would definitely not suggest you to buy a used iPhone 5s.As you can get a fresh one 16GB iPhone 5s at just 19000 online

A 10k android phone would be better, like RN3 or Redmi 3S Prime (for a smaller device)

Still if you are aganist android, try searching for iphones or lumias in olx or quikr (better chance to find good deal there)

If I can't find any good deal, Android is the way to go.

A seller on eBay is offering me the following deals on refurbished devices. All with manufacturer warranty.

iPhone 5S - 14.6k (16GB)/16k(32GB)/19k(64GB) INR
Lumia 950 - 18k INR
Lumia 950XL - 21k INR
Lumia 550 - 4k INR

I am more inclined towards Lumia 950 now. Lets see how it goes.

I would not buy a used Iphone, if I were you. Because I am afraid that the former user might be binding the apple account with him and he could probably moniter my behavior in private.
