Seller Query Shopclues or ebay?

i want to buy lg hbs730 bluetooth headset and so far i found some good deals that seem reliable

1. Shopclues.

2. eBay.

3. flipkart

Which site should i go for? I would prefer flipkart but i dont have experience from sellers other than WS Retail.

Should i trust shopclues or ebay? I ordered from ebay.in twice both positive and from ebay.com once which was positive too.

PS: if you find another good source please post.

4k is a lot more than i am willing to spend. I'll check out some shops locally

I just bought the same thing on 7th night.

I had this on watch for 5 months now, this is the first time its price has come down to so low.

Prior to deal I had put queries to both Shopclues and Flipkart (Shopclues was selling @1399/- and Flipkart 1699/-)

Questions were mainly on warranty, availability and delivery.

Shopclues didn't reply, Flipkart did but one day late but in the mean time I had already purchased it from Shopclues.

And, my most fear came true...Shopclues sent a mail that the delivery could be late as the product is not available with seller. I then had one-two interactions with Shopclues about order cancellation.
At that time they confirmed the order. I'm keeping my finger crossed for a 'one piece' and 'functioning' item.

b/w they did not clarify about warranty yet. Its a risky deal I did which I'm not proud of.

So when will you receive thr item? Any estimated date? Also i think there will be no warranty as it is not officially launched in india by lg. But doesn't matter to me much. Please keep me updated.

But, Flipkart mailed me that the product would come with manufacturer warranty (1 yr).

As obvious an making my worry true the product came with un-sealed packet (which was torn at places) ...... and no warranty card!

I've already raised a return request with Shopclues. The seller informed today evening via WhatsApp that the product has 'seller warranty'

Make sure from whichever site you buy be clear with your doubts with product

I ordered this afternoon via flipkart as they assured that it has 1 year manufacturer warranty. It was shipped tonight lets see how it goes.

Btw did you try the earphones? How is the build quality? And most of all is it original?

No, I didn't. I was too pissed off. Looks like an oem piece. Seems un-used but very poorly packed. Moreover has description that includes a serial number, so can't really verify it. The box does have but that doesn't necessarily mean the headset belongs to 'that' box!
Anyway, lets see how Shopclues handles it.

UPDATE:

I received the product, the charger and warranty card are missing. I got just a USB cable without any adapter with the headphones. Other than that everything is fine.
