1. create a circle and using the gradient tool with forground to transparent to paint it.
Try several time to get a good shade on layer 1

2. Create layer 2 type any text or place any image and let it drop a shadow
Blend mode : Normal
Opacity : 70 %
Angle : 86
Distance : 23
Spread : 0
Size : 10
Noise : 0

3.Select using the circle marquee as shown and using brush of around 35 master diameter and Hardness 3 % pain as see shown in the Below image . and reduce the opacity to about 60 to 70

You are done ....


Try Using diffrent colors and diffrent angles of GRadiend on layer one till u get a good wanted looks
