Service Center Information ASUS/Samsung ASAP

Hi Guys,

I am almost finalizing ASUS or Samsung Laptop for self use. However, one thing holding me back is support & support centers.

I live in Thane (on the border of mumbai-thane), Maharashtra. I dont have a clue if Samsung & Asus give any support in Thane area. Can someone help me out with this info.

Also, the warranty for these laptops (both Samsung & Asus) are at home/onsite or you have to carry in ?

Please help else I will be compelled to go with Dell/Sony as I know there support exists in Thane.

Asus has onsite warranty , samsung has " Pick and Drop Limited Warranty"

Warranty should be available in your area for both brands.

but how can I know if ASUS has onsite warranty in Thane. I checked their official website and could not find anything located in Thane.

Also Samsung does not show any service center in Thane city.

Any clue . ?
