Hey Guys With Lot of Sujjestion designed this rig if there is any flaw in it just notify me!!!

Seasonic ECO 500 500 Watts PSU-Rs. 3851
Asus AMD/ATI RADEON R9 270X DIRECTCU II TOP OC 2 GB DDR5 Graphics Card Rs. 17400
HyperX DDR3 1x4 GB- 5820
Asus DRW-24D3ST/BLK/G/AS DVD Burner Internal Optical Drive- Rs. 1250
Seagate Barracuda 1 TB Desktop Internal Hard Drive (ST1000DM003)-Rs 4000.
Cooler Master Elite 344-Rs 2300.
BenQ GL2450 Rs 12,145

Just change that doubtful PSU and that Thirdclass cabinet and you are good to go.

For PSU get the Antec Neo Eco 520C - Rs 4500 and a Bitfenix Merc Alpha - Rs 3000. Even if you go a little over budget by Rs 1500,trust me its gonna be the best Rs 1500 you ever spent.
