Hi folks,
I had a Saphhire HD 6770 from May 2012. It started troubling me recently as the monitor would not work properly when it was attached to this card. So, i attached the monitor directly to the mobo VGA and it was working fine. So, the GPU has actually gone bad.
I called up the service center for Sapphire in Kolkata (Supertron Electronics Pvt. Ltd., - 03322259068) and they said that they only deal with "in-warranty" products (which sound stupid to me).
I am not sure if my card is in warranty anymore. I am guessing not, as it has been 6 years. Is there any other reliable shop in Kolkata which can probably fix the card for me? Thank you, in anticipation.
