Samsung is gearing up for another Windows Mobile phone release. The SGH-i78 is Samsung’s Wi-Fi and GPS-enabled mobile that will run on Windows mobile v6.0.
The i78 has a large TFT Touchscreen with a 320 x 320 pixel resolution and 65K colors. But what makes it stand out is the 'Optical Mouse' on the nav pad that activates a pointer, much like the mouse pointer on your PC. The integrated GPS module is a another plus.

Word has it that the i78 will also have Bluetooth v2.0 with A2DP compatibility, and support for external memory with microSD cards (but no confirmation on what the internal memory would be). It will also have 3G, HSDPA and EDGE.
The SGH-i78 is expected to be out sometime early next year, but there doesn’t seem to be any price announced for the phone yet
