Samsung X100 hanging

I have samsung x100 handset,

i observed from last couple of weeks it gets hanged and restarted when i recd a new call and even during the conversation...

anybody pls suggest what cud be the problem...??

I am facing same problem. I have samsung x600. phone hangs during calls and while sending sms. i've tried flashing. but still no joy...
