Kindly answer the following questions to help me zero out on one of Dell Inspiron 15R 5521(3 Gen. i5, 4GB, 500 GB, 2GB Radeon 8730 : Dell Inspiron 15R Optional Touch Screen Laptop Details | Dell India ) and Samsung NP370R5E-S05IN(3 Gen. i5,6 GB,1 TB,2 GB Radeon 8750 : NP370R5E-S05IN - OVERVIEW | SAMSUNG India ) 
I know about the Dell model,but it is fairly thick,average looking and slightly heavier.
However, I am skeptical about a few aspects of the Samsung laptops.
How is the user experience of Samsung laptops?
How is their after sales service and customer support?
Are they as willing and co-operative as the Dell customer care people?(A friend of mine got replacements totaling upto Rs. 40k in his XPS,without any problem using Dell Complete cover,even over minor problems)
