Samsung Galaxy On Nxt ROM and flashing

My phone ( Samsung Galaxy On Nxt ) is behaving strangely. microSD card and WiFi is not working. When I enable WiFi, it gets disabled automatically

I took the phone to a nearby shop. They told me to flash firmware ( something like that ) to solve the issue. Is it same as flashing with default ROM ? If I do that, will it solve my issue ?

If flashing will work, kindly guide me on the same.

Under " Software Information " everything looks up to date.

Factory reset should fix your issues unless there's some hardware fault.

I will try Factory reset and let you know. Flashing is no solution right ? I really did believe the guy at that mobile shop.
