I have used three samsung phones and haven't liked anyone of them. They are too slow. All the three nokia phones that I used worked fine. So I would suggest to go for Nokia.
Pls dont go for E250 .. My bro has it. The slider is made of plastic and not metal as in other mobiles. and it will wear off very soon. The cam is also not that good.
