running a P2P from reliance webworld

i use the reliance webworld to access the net. i wish to run bit-torrent or any similar p2p. my account is restricted and i cannot install the software & modify the firewall settings please help!

dats not allowed by webworld

u could beg da reliance dudes n dey mite giv u da rights 2 download it...if its possible cuz most of da stuff in webworld is handled by dere main thing in mumbai n mostly da dudes cant do much if like ur login goes wrong,etc excpet call up dere main place

if u do try 2 do something, it will be hacking & illegal
