Both are good TVs - full HD - although your choice suggests you want a 3D TV. On that front, I will say the LG 3D TV scores more - simply because it is based on passive 3D technology - which combined with the passive flicker free 3D glasses - makes for a better 3D viewing experience. Another variable on which the it scores higher is the higher MCI of 600 - which may make for clearer images when watching sports or fast action sequences.
